Now that drugs have been legalized in Japan, chaos and conflict ensues. Addicts acquire supernatural abilities as they become Dopemen, and leave a trail of destruction in their wake. The D-Unit is formed to battle these formidable foes and preserve peace, but what extreme measures will the detectives resort to as they attempt to contain such a widespread and powerful threat?
